We’re pleased to announce the launch of Xpress, our new next day dispatch service designed for time-sensitive campaigns and urgent requirements.
What is Xpress?
Xpress offers next day dispatch on selected products, providing your customers with faster access to their promotional merchandise when every day counts. For eligible orders approved by 4pm, CHX Products will dispatch the following working day, subject to availability and applicable surcharges.
How It Works
When you have an urgent order, speak to our sales team. They’ll work with you to understand your requirements, check availability, and see what we can do to help.
Limited slots are available each day, with eligibility based on product type, order specifications, and capacity. Our sales team manages all Xpress requests and will confirm whether your order qualifies.
Important: Dispatch vs Delivery
Xpress guarantees next day dispatch, not next day delivery. Once your order leaves our Bodmin facility, delivery times depend on the carrier and are subject to their service standards. This service is ideal for reducing lead times on urgent orders whilst helping you manage customer expectations around delivery.
